The Google Calendar integration lets you sync events from your calendar directly into Mojave. Use it to pre-fill time entries, automate time logging, and visualize your day alongside your work.

How to Connect

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Google Calendar

  2. Click Connect Calendar

  3. Sign in with your Google account

  4. Authorize Mojave to access your calendar

  5. Choose which calendars to sync

🔒 We request read-only access. Mojave does not create or modify your calendar events.

Creating Time from an Event

Once connected, events will appear in your Time view. You can click any event to convert it to a time entry:

  1. Click on a synced event

  2. Confirm or edit the project, task, and notes

  3. Hit Save to log it as time

Calendar Sync Options

  • Auto-import all events (recommended)

  • Manually select which to convert

  • Choose visibility (personal, meetings, focus blocks)

You can change these preferences in Settings → Calendar Sync.

Disconnecting

To revoke access:

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Google Calendar

  2. Click Disconnect

  3. Mojave will stop syncing events immediately

You can also revoke Mojave access from your Google Account settings.

Ensure both accounts are using the same timezone

Confirm project is selected and event isn't all-day only
