[WHO WE ARE]
About Mojave
Mojave is a time tracking and productivity platform built for modern teams. From fast-moving startups to established agencies, companies around the world use Mojave to understand how time is spent, optimize workflows, and operate with greater focus.
We believe time is a team’s most valuable asset – and too often, it’s wasted on guesswork, distractions, and outdated tools. Mojave helps businesses stay on track with simple, powerful features that support real work: from accurate time tracking and reporting, to seamless team coordination and client billing.
Our mission is to help people do their best work without burning out or losing sight of what matters. There’s still so much to build – and we’re just getting started.
About the team
You'll be joining the design team within Mojave — our time-tracking app that helps freelancers and teams stay focused, bill accurately, and understand how they spend time. Our design team is small but mighty, working closely with product and engineering in fast, collaborative cycles. We care deeply about clean, intuitive interfaces and sweat the small details that make an experience feel great. If you're into system thinking, well-structured Figma files, and getting real feedback from real users — you'll fit right in.

[WHO YOU ARE]
Minimum requirements
We’re looking for a product designer who’s not just great at visuals and flows — but also thrives in cross-functional environments. You’re confident engaging with stakeholders across design, product, and engineering. You have a deep curiosity for how the product works, and you're eager to become an expert in the problem space. You're proactive, organized, and not afraid to ask tough questions or challenge assumptions when needed. Whether you're working on high-level concepts or fine-tuning UI details, you bring structure, clarity, and strong communication to every part of the process.
3+ years of experience designing digital products
Strong portfolio showcasing product/UX work
Comfortable working in Figma and with design systems
Ability to communicate ideas clearly with both designers and devs
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Preffered qualifications
These aren’t must-haves, but they’ll help you ramp up faster and feel right at home. If you’ve worked on tools that solve complex problems with simple UX, or have experience contributing to polished, minimal design systems — that's a big plus. Bonus points if you're already familiar with Framer or love exploring how design and front-end blend. And if you’ve worked remotely before, you know how to communicate clearly, stay self-directed, and keep collaboration flowing async.
Experience with productivity or SaaS tools
Familiarity with Framer or component-based design
Passion for minimal interfaces and attention to detail
Experience in a remote-first company
